Bret has over 10 years experience playing college/pro hockey all over North America. In his career, he has worked with the strength and conditioning coach of the Edmonton Oilers, Oklahoma City, and Clemson University.
Bret’s areas of focus are Sports Specific, High Intensity Interval Training, and Speed Training. He is your ideal trainer for any sport where you want to work on speed, agility, core, flexibility and strength.
